For the fourth Provost’s Leadership Academy, we utilized a different format where we surveyed all three cohorts for workshops that participants wanted to explore further. Based on the responses, Professor Andy Policano and Vice Provost Diane O’Dowd facilitated three in-depth workshops over three months. There were seven other leaders from campus who participated as speakers and 35 faculty completed the workshops.
