As announced earlier this month, you are invited to join us for a virtual town hall meeting where we will share progress on UCI’s Financial Stability Plan and concepts to shape a new budget model.

Financial Stability Plan Progress Report:
Since summer 2022, the campus has been diligently working on a Financial Stability Plan to address a structural deficit in core funds caused by increases in expenses continuing to outpace new revenues. We have provided an updated financial forecast and are exploring new strategies to navigate the financial landscape.
New Budget Model:
In addition to the progress report, we will also share insights into the development of a new budget model. This model is being designed to better align financial resource allocations with our strategic priorities, fostering a sustainable and resilient financial future for our campus.
