UCI faculty and staff are invited to a Zoom meeting to learn about an open call for proposals for the University of California-Historically Black Colleges and Universities (UC-HBCU) Initiative at 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

The UC-HBCU Initiative promotes work with undergraduate and master's level research scholars from HBCUs. These competitive funds are awarded to support activities and student summer research internships across systems to attract students to UC graduate programs. The UC-HBCU Initiative is open to Academic Senate faculty in any discipline at any of the 10 UC campuses.
