Dear Campus Community,
The Office of Inclusive Excellence will provide a limited number of career development grants (up to $2,000 each) to support UCI faculty participation in the nationally-recognized Faculty Success Program (FSP). FSP aims to improve faculty research productivity through intense accountability, coaching and peer support. The virtual spring 2021 session is scheduled January 17-April 10, 2021.

Past faculty participants from the program will join for informal conversation and they include: Natascha Buswell (Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering), German Enciso (Mathematics), Gregory Scontras (Language Science) and Katherine Thompson-Peer (Developmental and Cell Biology).
Applications for the FSP spring 2021 session must be submitted online by Thursday, October 8, 2020, at the Application for Funding tab at: https://inclusion.uci.edu/advance/funding-programs/fsp/
UCI ladder-rank faculty (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, LSOE and LPSOE) and postdoctoral scholars are eligible for the career development grants.
The current cost of the FSP tuition is $4,250. Applicants will be responsible for funding the program balance.
