Feb 1, 2019

Dear students:

UCI has been working with the United Way’s “United to End Homelessness” Initiative over the past year to help find answers to this critical local issue. The goal of the initiative is to develop and implement integrated and sustainable solutions to end homelessness in Orange County.

I am pleased to invite you to participate in a class on homelessness to learn more about the local and national crises and the factors that contribute to these growing problems. The class will provide you with an understanding of our community’s existing system to address homelessness, consider some of the causes of homelessness, and introduce new programs aimed at reducing the homeless population.

This class is free and dinner will be provided. Space is limited so register early!
