Strategic Faculty Hiring Initiatives

As stated in our strategic plan, our goal is to expand our faculty by 250 by 2021.  

We will continue the Faculty Hiring for Leveraged Research Excellence, Distinguished Professor Hiring Program, Inclusive Excellence SupplementVisiting Distinguished Professor Initiative, and UC President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program hiring programs, as well as the usual school-based recruitments.

The Midcareer Professor Hiring Program and the High Impact Hiring Plan are suspended in their current forms.
