COVID-19 Budget Workgroup

The COVID-19 Budget Workgroup is an ad hoc committee that will serve the campus by developing strategies for managing UCI’s financial resources during the period of challenge and uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic and associated impacts. The committee will consider projections of revenue and expenses over a multi-year timeframe that account for a range of scenarios, assess long-term financial risks and opportunities, and recommend management alternatives to enhance revenues and reduce costs.
